About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR and EHS solutions that align with our organizational goals. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and support organizational change. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead the rollout of global HR initiatives across your assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee concerns.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent development, and onboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement by leading surveys, analyzing results, and supporting action plans for improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring a streamlined hiring pipeline and a 30-day time-to-fill target.
  • Maintain and manage employee data in the global HRIS system, including compensation processes and training.
  • Support performance management by collaborating with managers on regular reviews and feedback.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and leadership development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and administration of benefits and pay.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform decision-making and support business growth.
  • Communicate proactively with managers and teams, including regular 1:1s, town halls, and training sessions.
  • Travel to assigned sites at least once per quarter, with additional travel as needed.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • CIPD Level 5+ or PHR certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing organizational change.
